Georgia remains first in AP, Coaches polls following Missouri win

The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated the Missouri Tigers 30-21 on Saturday, have remained atop the AP and Coaches polls for Week 11.

Georgia (9-0, 6-0 SEC) received 1,558 points in the AP Poll, which is five more than they received last week. The Bulldogs gained an additional first-place vote and are now up to 49. Michigan (9-0), Ohio State (9-0), Florida State (9-0), and Washington (9-0) round out the top five in the AP Poll.

In the Coaches Poll, the Bulldogs received 1,587 points, which is three less points than last week. Georgia garnered 55 first-place votes, down from the 58 it received in Week 10.

In the first College Football Playoff Rankings released last week, the Georgia Bulldogs were ranked second behind the Ohio State Buckeyes. The second set of CFP rankings will be revealed on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

The Bulldogs’ next game is on Saturday, Nov. 11 against the 10th-ranked Ole Miss Rebels at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga. The game will be televised by ESPN at 7:00pm ET (Buy Tickets).
