I have been a fan since first seeing a Georgia Football Game when I was in Junior High (this is showing my age) school back in 1960 or 61. We only had 1 collage football game per week in those days unless it was the Holidays. My loyalty to Georgia didn’t sit well with my friends because I was living in Central Florida. My junior year in High School, I drove through Athens and that was all it took, I was in love with the Campus and the City and I made my mind up to attend school there. I was lucky enough to have gotten two degrees at UGA and I have been a Red Clay Hound ever since!
So now I have been a DAWG For 63 years and I could not be prouder of the team than I am now. But I pride myself on not being a fair weather fan, I have worn my UGA gear under every situation! Gooo Dawgs!
Great story Paul! Go Dawgs!
